GTCs -

1) Reservation – conclusion of contract

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) or the event have been ordered and confirmed. The contractual partner is the Hirsch Inn in Leupolz – and the guest. Changes to a reservation must be made in writing and confirmed by us.

2) Arrival and departure

The rooms are usually at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If the arrival takes place after 21:00 o’clock, please contact us in time by phone, because we do not have a night porter and will be happy to leave the key in our key safe for you. On the day of departure the room will be at your disposal until 11:00 am.

3) Payment

If not agreed otherwise, then the payment is made on the day of departure on site in cash, with EC card or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). The room rates are per person and night including service package (breakfast buffet, parking, WLAN). VAT and service charge are included.
For events, the agreed number of menus and the individual prices of drinks / other consumption will be charged. The decisive factor is the minimum number of guests known 48 hours before the start of the event. In case of upward deviations, the actual number of persons will be charged. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is to be paid on the day of the event itself.

4) Travel Cancellation

Room:
Withdrawal from the guest accommodation contract is possible at any time. A free cancellation of booked rooms is only possible in writing until 5 days before arrival. After this date, cancellation fees of 100% of the total booked stay will be due.
Events:
Cancellation of a booked event is not possible free of charge. In this case, please contact personally at the inn Hirsch
